Welcome to the Stephenson County 4-H Show Entry Registration Site!

The 2026 Stephenson County 4-H Shows will be here before we know it! This site is where you will register the projects your child plans to exhibit at the 2026 Stephenson County 4-H Shows. Earlier this year, you enrolled in 4-H through zSuite. The projects selected in zSuite should match the projects you enter here in FairEntry. FairEntry allows us at the county level to know which projects youth plan to exhibit at the 4-H Shows. (We understand that plans can change, and not every project selected in zSuite is always completed by fair time!)

FairEntry also connects with the Illinois State Fair system. If a member is selected to advance to State Fair in a general project area, we can easily promote those entries through FairEntry. Please note that animal project entries are not promoted from the county level and must be entered separately by families for the Illinois State Fair.

In May, you will receive the 2026 4-H Show Book. Please refer to the show book for important dates, rules, and requirements for each project area. 2026 Stephenson County 4-H Show Book.

Registration for 2026 fair entries will open on Friday, May 15. The deadline for ALL 4-H fair entries is Monday, June 15, 2026 at midnight.

To help us secure the appropriate number of judges and prepare for our shows, please only register projects that you truly plan to exhibit.
