Welcome to the Winnebago County 4-H Show Entry Registration Site!

The 2026 4-H show season will be here before we know it!

This site is where you will register the projects your child plans to bring to the Winnebago County 4-H shows this year. Earlier this year, you enrolled through 4-H ZSuite. The projects selected in ZSuite are the projects that will be available for you to enter here in FairEntry.

FairEntry lets us know, at the county level, what each member plans to exhibit during the 4-H show season. We know plans sometimes change between enrollment and fair time, and that is completely okay! FairEntry also connects directly with the Illinois State Fair system. If a member is selected to advance to State Fair, we are able to easily promote those entries through FairEntry. Please note that animal projects are not promoted from the county level; those entries must be submitted separately by the family.

In May, you will receive the 2026 4-H Fair Book. Please refer to the show book for project requirements, schedules, and important dates for each project area. Here is a link to the 2026 4-H Fair Book.

Registration for fair entries will open on Friday, May 15. The deadline for ALL 4-H fair entries is Monday, June 15, 2026. The system will close at midnight that evening. To help us schedule judges and prepare for shows, we ask that families only register projects they truly plan to bring.
