Dear Exhibitors and Parents,
Welcome to the Whatcom County Youth Fair! We are excited to have you join us and look forward to another great year celebrating the hard work and accomplishments of our youth.
Please review the following important information before registering:
Exhibitors may register for one division only.
Entries close March 15 and are accepted in the order received. Some divisions fill quickly. Once a division reaches its cap, we do not add additional entries in fairness to all participants. Superintendents do not have the authority to make exceptions.
Age limits are in place for insurance purposes. If a child is registered too young for a division, they will not be allowed to participate.
No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend or if instructions and requirements are not followed.
Children ages 6–8 must have a parent or guardian with them at all times during participation.
Be sure to carefully read each division description. Some divisions have specific age limits, animal requirements, and other guidelines that must be followed.
We strongly encourage you to read all information completely before registering to ensure a smooth and successful experience for your exhibitor.
Youth Fair is open to ages 6–18 as of January 1 of the current year
