The Clearwater County Fair begins on August 5th, 2026 and runs through August 9th 2026.

Fair entry will be open from June 1st to June 30,2026.

Demonstrations and Performing Arts will be JUDGED at the Bagley High School Auditorium on July 21st, 2026. Any livestock demonstrations will be judged at the Fairgrounds following demonstrations at High School.

This year we will be doing the fashion review judging and presentation of award winners all as a pre fair event. The judging will take place on Tuesday, July 21 starting with practice of how to walk on the stage at 8:30 a.m.(Practice will be at the Stage in the Pines) and judging will start at 9 a.m. in the 4-H Food stand. We will provide lunch around noon to all exhibitors. At 1 p.m. at the Bagley High School Auditorium we will hold the Fashion Review Presentation Showcase along with the Demonstrations and Preforming Arts Judging. We ask that you invite friends ,family and community members to attend this event to view the awarding of Grand and Reserve and other honors. We will not be having this take place on the Wednesday of the fair like in years past. All Fashion Review Activities will take place as a pre fair event on Tuesday July 21.

4-H Static Entry Judging and Livestock Interviews will take place on August 4th.

If your child would benefit using the special consideration form please fill the form out and return it to the office before the fair. Depending on what type of accommodation(s) is needed before the event or judging more time may be needed. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate their needs.
